Tot i aix\u00f2, aconsegueix que les copes menstruals i els tallers d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 arribin pels camins plens de fang de Basti. Un petit poble d\u2019Achham al qual es triga m\u00e9s de dos dies a arribar des de la capital de la prov\u00edncia.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 feli\u00e7 per aix\u00f2. Coordina l&#8217;equip de trainers de <em>be artsy<\/em> i \u00e9s una de les primeres noies que va participar en el projecte, en 2017. Des del principi, va mostrar molt inter\u00e8s pel tema i una gran implicaci\u00f3. \u2018La cobertura a la zona \u00e9s molt dolenta i Tejana ens ajudava a contactar amb algunes participants a qui era impossible localitzar\u2019, explica Clara, CEO i cofundadora de <em>be artsy<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Quan va comen\u00e7ar a assistir als tallers de <em>be artsy<\/em>, r\u00e0pidament, es va adonar que el Chhaupadi, la tradici\u00f3 mil\u00b7len\u00e0ria nepalesa que a\u00eflla a les dones durant la menstruaci\u00f3, no \u00e9s correcta. Abans d&#8217;aix\u00f2, Tejana com totes les dones de la seva comunitat s&#8217;a\u00efllava en una cabana durant els dies de la menstruaci\u00f3. \u2018Em pensava que era una cosa dolenta i feia servir draps vells quan sagnava. No era capa\u00e7 de parlar ni tan sols amb els seus pares sobre els tab\u00fas de la menstruaci\u00f3\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ara estudia a la capital d\u2019Achham: Mangalsen, per a ser infermera. Mentrestant, treballa a <em>be artsy<\/em> coordinant a altres trainers, que ensenyaran a les escoles locals el que ella va aprendre fa uns pocs anys i li va canviar la vida.<\/p>\n<p>Tejana, gr\u00e0cies a les copes menstruals i als tallers d&#8217;educaci\u00f3 se sent neta, c\u00f2moda i sobretot segura d&#8217;ella mateixa. No t\u00e9 por d&#8217;expressar-se sobre els tab\u00fas menstruals, fins i tot davant la gent gran, ja que, com ella mateixa diu, t\u00e9 les idees clares. De fet, ha parlat amb els seus pares de la menstruaci\u00f3 i ha aconseguit canviar el que pensen al respecte.<\/p>\n<p>Est\u00e0 conven\u00e7uda que una mateixa ha de comen\u00e7ar erradicant els tab\u00fas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.migranodearena.org\/reto\/21328\/contra-el-chhaupadi-la-tradicion-nepali-que-exilia-a-las-mujeres-durante-la-menstruacion\" target=\"_blank\"
