El projecte lluita contra el chhaupadi i promou la salut reproductiva, higiene menstrual i educaci\u00f3 en zones de Nepal on persisteixen tab\u00fas extremos que afecten les nenes i dones.<\/p>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3, el projecte ha obtingut resultats significatius l&#8217;any passat.<\/p>\n<p>Hem beneficiat directament m\u00e9s de 19.000 persones amb tallers sobre salut menstrual, educaci\u00f3 sexual i distribuci\u00f3 de kits i copes menstruals. Tamb\u00e9 hem realitzat altres iniciatives per augmentar la visibilitat del projecte.<\/p>\n<p>Els objectius del projecte Rato Baltin s\u00f3n educar sobre salut reproductiva, gesti\u00f3 menstrual i educaci\u00f3 sexual, introduir l&#8217;\u00fas de copes menstruals en diferents \u00e0mbits socials i reduir l&#8217;absentisme escolar de les nenes en comunitats remotes de l&#8217;oest de Nepal.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 ens centrem en garantir la dignitat menstrual i la sostenibilitat a llarg termini.<\/p>\n<p>Durant el 2022, hem dut a terme diverses activitats per aconseguir aquests objectius.<\/p>\n<p>Hem proporcionat formaci\u00f3 en salut menstrual i educaci\u00f3 sexual per a nois i noies, ens hem enfocat en l&#8217;\u00fas de copes menstruals a les escoles i per a dones menors de quaranta anys, amb una acceptaci\u00f3 del 97,5%.<\/p>\n<p>Hem donat formaci\u00f3 sobre climateri-menopausa a grups de dones dels pobles i duta a terme sessions de sensibilitzaci\u00f3 sobre higiene i protecci\u00f3 contra la Covid-19.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hem recollit dades de les usu\u00e0ries de la copa menstrual i realitzat altres accions com formaci\u00f3 en cultiu de gira-sols i pl\u00e0tan, aix\u00ed com la fabricaci\u00f3 de sab\u00f3 i encens amb dones v\u00eddues.<\/p>\n<p>Els resultats obtinguts impulsen el projecte Rato Baltin cap als seus objectius, garantint la salut menstrual i la dignitat de les dones al Nepal.
